This school counseling curriculum resource was designed and developed through a collaborative process over two years by school counselors from across the county.

The Handbook is a culminating project resulting from two years of work with consultation from Hatching Results. The work was sponsored by the Santa Cruz County College and Career Collaborative (S5C) with support from district superintendents and administrators. The site serves as both a guide and a resource for school counselors and administrators as they design, implement, evaluate, and improve their programs and services for students.

The Santa Cruz County School Counseling Collaborative is to be recognized for their dedication and commitment to the development of a comprehensive school counseling program and for leading the way as advocates for improved programs, policies, practices, and outcomes for the students of Santa Cruz County.
